Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Presently, we ship only to the USA except to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
When will I receive my order?
Order(s) placed before 11a.m Monday-Friday will ship same day. Otherwise, the next business day and delivery is between 3 - 4 days.

For custom-made/special order(s), the item ships within 1-7 days depending on the project/style, and delivery is between 3 - 10 days.

Please, shipping and delivery will be longer during the holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders above $74.99.

$7.50 flat shipping rate under $75. 

Do you have pickup option?

Yes, we do offer pickup. Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours after payment.

Please, kindly check our shipping policy for more information about picking up.

Return/Exchange
Do you accept returns/exchange?
We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. No return after 7 days.
There is no exchange due to the fact that our styles are not available in large quantity.

NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE FOR CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS.

Pls, do check our return policy to check lists of non-returnable items.
What are the conditions for return?
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from odor, free from stain(s), with tags, and its original packaging.
Item(s) that do not meet up the above requirements will not be eligible for a return. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pls, do contact us if you have any problem with your order.
What items are non-returnable?

These items are final sale:

* Custom-made orders( such as special orders/personalized items)

* Caps/hats

* Sales items or gift cards

* DIY Transfers (DTF and Rhinestones)

Who pays return shipping fee?

The buyer pays the return shipping label.

We offer return shipping labels (optional for $7.50 per item), which will be deducted from the store credit that will be issued upon receipt of your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you issue refunds?
We do not issue refunds, we only issue a store credit which can be used on a new order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

What sizes are available?
Our sizes range from

* Infant/toddlers: 6mths to 6T

* Youth: XS-L

* Adult: XS-XL

How do I measure for sizing?
Please, kindly use the size chart as listed in every style to be able to get the best fit.
Our size chart is your exact body measurement. While taking this, the tape must not be too loose or too snug. If any of your measurements fall between 2 sizes, go for the larger size.

Measurement needed

* Bust/Chest: This is taken by looping the measuring tape around the fullest part of the bust. Make sure you are wearing your usual bra and nothing else that is bulky.

* Waist: The circumference of the waist is measured by running the tape around at the narrowest part of the upper torso.

* Hip: This is taken by looping the measuring tape around the fullest part of the hip.
Custom-made orders
Do you offer bulk services/items for resale?
Yes, we do offer bulk items for resale at discounted prices, and also do clothing labels with your brand name if requested.
How long does it take to process custom orders?
Custom orders are processed within 1-14 days depending on the project/style after which they will be shipped.
Can I return/exchange a custom-made order?
Custom-made orders are final sales (no returns/exchanges).
We only accept if only there is an error from our side.
Do you offer custom-made orders?
Yes, we do offer custom-made orders for all our products and also we accept bulk orders.

We only do accept large quantities for custom-made orders.
