Shipping

Orders placed before 11am Monday-Friday will ship same day. Otherwise, next business day.

We offer free shipping on orders over $74.99 (USA only) and $7.50 flat rate for orders below $74.99 (USA only)

We do not process orders on weekends/ holidays.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Pick up

Pick up order are usually ready between 4 - 24 hours after payment is received.

Pickup time: 9am - 4pm (Monday-Friday)

No pickup after 4pm (Monday-Friday)

No pickup on weekends/holidays.

Pickup for custom orders will be ready between 4 hours - 14 days depending on the project/style after payment is received.

* Valid Photo ID

Pls, pick up person name (if different from the receiver's name) should be put in the order special instructions box during checkout.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are processed within 4 hours -14 days depending on the project/style after payment is received. 

Custom resin arts are processed within 3 - 21 days depending on the design. 

Our store is not responsible for any delays which we do not have control over. However, we will try our best possible to make sure all order(s) are delivered in a timely manner.
