Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date. No refunds after 7 days.

We do not accept Exchanges, since most of our items are not in large quantity.

Please, kindly note buyers pay the return shipping fee. 

We do not accept cancellations. Please, do contact us if you have any problem with your order.
 
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free from odor, free from stain(s), with tags in its original position/packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Item(s) that do not meet up the above requirements will not be eligible for a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Orders with free shipping 
When returning part(s) of an order with free shipping, $7.50 will be deducted from the refunds if the remaining order(s) do not meet the requirements for free shipping (if remaining order value is less than $74.99)

Also, buyer pays for the return shipping fees.

Orders with free gift(s)
When returning orders with free gift(s), the free gifts must be also be returned for full refund. Otherwise, the value of the free gift(s) will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Custom made orders (such as special orders or personalized items) are FINAL SALE.

Altered/modified items are FINAL SALE.

Sales items and gift cards are FINAL SALE.

All Fabrics are FINAL SALE. 

All Batik stamps are FINAL SALE.

All Caps/hats are FINAL SALE. 
Rhinestone Boards & Embellishments are FINAL SALE.
Wigs & Accessories are FINAL SALE.


Shipping costs are not refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refund will be issued in the original payment method.
